§ 11:425. Parking for out-of-town visitors and tourists.

  • The director of the department of public works is hereby authorized to determine and designate, by proper signs, places on public streets and in publicly owned parking areas for the exclusive use of out-of-town visitors and tourists. When properly designated, no person shall park a vehicle or permit a vehicle registered in his name to be parked in such an area if the vehicle's license plate bears the letter designation "A," indicative of a Baton Rouge residence.
