§ 11:293. Vehicle returned to owner.

The owner or his authorized agent shall be entitled to regain possession of the vehicle or bicycle upon compliance with the following:
(1)

Payment of towing fees for the removal and impounding as established by the council;

(2)

Payment of all appropriate penalties for parking infractions in default status, including immobilization fees. The immobilization fee shall not exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
