§ 10:423. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or be imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than sixty (60) days, or both, at the discretion of the court, for each offense.
