§ 10:258. Dress code.

  • All drivers shall maintain their personal appearance as follows: A driver's attire shall consist of long trousers or skirt, a shirt or blouse with a collar and sleeves (long or short), and proper footwear (no flip-flops, or slippers; if sandals are worn, socks must also be worn). Such attire shall be in a reasonable condition. Factors in judging the condition of a driver's attire shall include fraying, rips, tears, holes and cleanliness. It shall be the responsibility of each certificate holder as well as each driver to ensure compliance. Pedicab and LSV taxi operators may wear shorts instead of long trousers or skirts.
