§ 10:216. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or be imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days, or both, at the discretion of the court, for such offense. Each time any vehicle is operated in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
