§ 10:211. Suspension or revocation of franchise.

The violation of any provision of this chapter by any person shall, in addition to any penalty provided elsewhere, be grounds for the suspension or revocation by the taxicab control board of such person's franchise to operate any or all of his vehicles licensed under this chapter, in the manner and form prescribed in section 10:204(5).
