§ 10:105. Unlawful operations.

Except as otherwise provided, it shall be unlawful for any person to transport passengers for hire in a bus or other mass transit conveyance without having in force a valid operating permit as provided by this chapter, and without having complied with all of the provisions of this chapter and the terms and conditions of any operating permit which may have been issued to such person.
