§ 10:4. Lights or signs to be maintained.

(a)

All railroad companies operating trains in and through the city shall be and they are hereby required to maintain lights at the intersection of their tracks with any and all streets of the city not presently lighted by city lights. Such lights to be similar to and of equal power to those now in use for lighting the streets of the city.

(b)

All railroad companies operating trains in the parish shall install and maintain reflectorized railroad crossing signs at all crossings of streets and highways in the parish.
